Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

This weekend add a little Pure Goodness to your Easter basket and surprise your loved ones with these delicious homemade chocolate peanut butter cups!

 

Makes about 10 small cups 

Ingredients:

    • 1 1/2 – 2 cups of Dark Chocolate
    • 1/2 cup Room Temperature Almond Milk
    • 3 Tbsp Pure Goodness Powdered Peanut Butter
    • 3 Tbsp Water

Instructions:

    1. In a double broiler (Or a bowl placed over a pot of water) add 1 cup of Dark Chocolate, stir until melted
    2. Add Room Temperature Almond Milk to create a Ganache
    3. One mixed place in the bottom of a lined cupcake pan.
    4. Let freeze for 30-45 minutes
    5. Mix Pure Goodness Powdered Peanut Butter with equal parts water
    6. Add to the cupcake pans as a second layer
    7. Let freeze for 30-45 minutes
    8. Once again in a double broiler add 1/2 – 1 cup of Dark Chocolate, stir until melted
    9. Layer Dark Chocolate on top of the Peanut Butter and let freeze for 30-45 minutes
    10. Enjoy

Notes:

Having the almond milk at room temperature is very important to ensure the oil will not separate from the mixture. Can skip almond milk all together is pure chocolate top and bottom is desired.
