Pumpkin Seeds. We source our nutrient-rich pumpkin seeds from the southern region of Styria, Austria. The naturally dark green, shell-less seeds of the Styrian pumpkin are sought for their notably higher concentration of antioxidants, vitamins and unsaturated fatty acids.

These powerful seeds are a great source of protein, containing all 9 essential amino acids, and are one of the best plant-based sources of omega sources.
