Vanilla Maple Latte Protein Bites 

Ingredients:

1/4 cup of almond meal

1/4 cup of Pure Goodness Vanilla Hemp Seed Protein

1/4 cup of hazelnuts

1/2 cup of nut butter

2 tsp of ground coffee

1/4 cup of maple syrup

1/4 tsp of vanilla extract.

 

Instructions:

  1. Place all dry ingredients in a food processor to grind.
  2. Place in a large bowl, and add nut butter and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix together using hands, once mixed at maple syrup and mix again.
  4. Roll into small balls and place on a tray.
  5. Leave bites in the freezer for an hour.

 

Notes:

Makes 10 – 12 bites

Leave bites in the freezer or refrigerator to keep their shape, take out right before eating.
