Pumpkin Spice Protein Cookies with Pure Goodness
Guilt-free snacking at it’s best! These scrumptious cookies are the perfect high-protein, low fat snack that will leave you reaching for more!
Ingredients:
- ½ cup smooth almond butter
- ¼ cup coconut sugar
- 1 organic egg
- 1 scoop Pure Goodness Pumpkin Protein in chocolate
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- Icing sugar (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Add all ingredients and mix until well combined
- Divide batter into 10 circles on a parchment paper lined baking sheet
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through
- Remove from oven and cool – top with a sprinkle of icing sugar
