Chocolate Brownie Protein Bars
Ingredients
1 scoop Pure Goodness Hemp Seed Protein in Chocolate
1 cup almonds
3 cup pitted dates
4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup oats
2 tbsp pistachio
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until you are able to squeeze the mixture without it breaking apart (add more dates to improve the consistency)
- Spread out in a backing sheet lined with parchment paper and press down until approximately 1/2 thick. Place in refrigerator for 1/2 and then slice into desired snack size!
