Protein Smoothie Pops

Ingredients:

1 cup mixed berries

1 mango

1/2 cup of peaches

2 scoops of Pure Goodness Vanilla Hemp Seed Protein

1 1/2 cups of water

Popsicle molds/sticks

 

Instructions:

  1. Blend berries together with 3/4 cup of water and 1 scoop of Vanilla Hemp Seed Protein.
  2. Blend mangoes and peaches together with 3/4 cup of water and 1 scoop of Vanilla Hemp Seed Protein.
  3. In your popsicle molds, add the berry mixture so it covers a quarter of the mold and then freeze for 15 minutes.
  4. Repeat step with the mango/peach mixture
  5. Place a popsicle stick and continue steps 3 and 4 until the mold is full and you have 4 layers in total
