Fourth of July Fruity Pizza

Celebrate the stars and stripes with this high protein and low fat recipe, the perfect addition to your July 4th festivities!

Ingredients:

1 flatbread or tortilla for the base

1/2 cup blueberries

1 cup strawberries

1 banana

1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut yogurt

1 scoop of Pure Goodness Pumpkin Seed Protein (Unflavoured)

 

Instructions:

  1. Mix together Pure Goodness Pumpkin Seed Protein (Unflavoured) and coconut yogurt to create your sauce
  2. Evenly spread yogurt “sauce” on the flatbread/tortilla.
  3. Cut up fruit into preferred shapes
  4. Place on the pizza
  5. Enjoy!
