Vanilla Maple Latte Protein Bites
Ingredients:
1/4 cup of almond meal
1/4 cup of Pure Goodness Vanilla Hemp Seed Protein
1/4 cup of hazelnuts
1/2 cup of nut butter
2 tsp of ground coffee
1/4 cup of maple syrup
1/4 tsp of vanilla extract.
Instructions:
- Place all dry ingredients in a food processor to grind.
- Place in a large bowl, and add nut butter and vanilla extract.
- Mix together using hands, once mixed at maple syrup and mix again.
- Roll into small balls and place on a tray.
- Leave bites in the freezer for an hour.
Notes:
Makes 10 – 12 bites
Leave bites in the freezer or refrigerator to keep their shape, take out right before eating.
